Return& Refund Policy

All returns for refund must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all parts & accessories included and all original tags and labels attached. 

Please note the for international shipments, LINANT3D is not responsible for any shipping fee, customs fees, tariffs, taxes, and duties. After the 14-days refund window has expired, your only recourse regarding the products is through our warranty.

 

Exchange and Returns Policy

You must first contact us and get our written approval before sending any item back. Any product returned without acceptance will not be refunded.

Warranty coverage

(1). The following accessories are not included in the warranty coverage if they are not damaged by transportation: FEP / nFEP film;  Tool Box;  acrylic cover;  USB FLASH DRIVE other consumables and tools, etc.

(2). Profile: Before we deliver the goods, we will do the machine test, so maybe there will be light scratch, or due to long-distance transportation, which scratches the profile a little bit.  in the premise of not affecting the normal use, in principle, not within the scope of warranty;

 

Not included in warranty coverage:

(1) It is not possible to provide an effective after-sales service card or serial number;

(2) The whole machine and components exceed the warranty period;

(3) Equipment failure or damage caused by unauthorized modification of the equipment (private modification includes:   1.  modification of the machine structure;  2.  use of third-party components;  3.  use of third-party firmware procedures or change the original Factory firmware program, etc.);

(4) Equipment failure or damage due to incorrect installation and use;

(5) Equipment failure or damage caused by the use of the equipment in a working environment not specified by the product;

(6) Equipment failure or damage due to improper use (beyond workload, etc.) or maintenance (moisture, etc.);

(7) Equipment failure or damage due to the use of other branded components or low-quality consumables.

(8)Accidental or human behavior lead to product damage, such as input inappropriate voltage / high temperature/water immersion / mechanical damage /broken/serious oxidation or rust products and so on;

(9)Due to force major, such as earthquakes, fires, lightning, and other products caused by failure or damage;

10Lost or stolen products/ Free products/Repairs through 3rd parties/ Purchases from illegitimate resource or second-handed parties

 

What to Do Before Obtaining After-sales Service
Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
LINANT3D must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required. It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.

 

What Will LINANT 3D Do
LINANT3D will attempt to diagnose and resolve your problem by e-mail. LINANT3D may direct you to download and install particular software updates.
If your problem cannot be resolved over e-mail or through the application of software updates, LINANT3D will arrange for an accessory replacement if the problem falls under this Limited Warranty.
